  3. This is the standard Macintosh Copy command as implemented in word processors.  It behaves as expected.

  5. Note:  You cannot 'Copy' items from the List window.  If you need to Copy a List window item, select the item in the List and return to the Envelope window.  Using Copy will now achieve your goal.
